Setup tomcat as a cluster in layershifdt

The clustered tomcat handles session replication

Setup sql as a cluster - galera

Comment out form load balancer config - cookie SRVNAME insert

Above means it doesnt stick to one tomcat server on fail over

IMPORTANT - don not change sql variables like max- connections in the my.cnf - use the varialbes in layershift
