Orders with an ' in the address fields not going across to Strelitzia
Bug Fix
Prevent changing the delivery address after customer has entered postcode on Product page (postcode on). This should stop customers trying to pick cheaper delivery cost or trying to order outside of the normal areas. The postcode lookup field is disabled so they only have the choice of picking from the list, or they can click the 'Change' button and it will take them back to the shopping cart page where they can edit the postcode.
Bug Fix
Postcode lookup results had a %20; character in between the postcode parts - now removed.
Bug Fix
The delivery calendar was opening two different calendars at certain view points on screens. The second calendar allowed you to pcik any date in the future or past, ignoring all blocked out dates or delivery delays.
