We have enhanced the User Manager section of the website to allow for different levels of access to the system, this could be used to allow Shop workers or Delivery Drivers to only see the orders and be able to edit any system or page settings.
To add new users to your system, login to your Admin console and click General Admin > User Manager
Here you will see a list of the user logins for the system and also a description of each User Role that is available.
Click the green Add User button in the bottom left corner and the you can enter their First and Last name, create a Username and Password and also enter their Email address (for password recovery).
Select the Role suitable for the user and then you can click save, to store the new user in the system.
2 Factor Authentication (2FA)
There is a new level of security that can be switched on for each user if desired and this will prevent any unwanted access to the system, for example an ex-employee who may know passwords, or just to secure the login to your personal access only.
To enable 2FA, click on a user from the User Manager list and in the 2FA section, toggle the 2FA on, and then click save.
Click to go back in to that user and you will now see a QR code to scan. To use this QR code you must have the Google Authenticator App on your phone which can be downloaded from your ususal mobile App store.
Once the App is installed, tap the bottom right icon on your phone and choose to scan a QR code.

You should then see the 6 digit code within your App. This code will constantly change, so when you are logging in, you will need to open the App to get the updated code.
The next time you login to the dashboard using the next authentication, you will be presented with the following Authentication box, open your phone App and enter the number that is displayed next to the User you had created.
The system will remember the device you have logged in from and not ask you to enter the code for 2 months.
