You can create delivery area's using the map. On the left of the map are two options, you can draw a square or a custom shape with the line tool.
You can move the map around by holding the left mouse button on the map where there are no delivery area's already. You can zoom in and out from the buttons on the left or using the wheel of your mouse once the pointer is over the map.

Am, pm or 3 hour delivery charges
Once you have finished creating the area you have the option to set a delivery charge for same day, next day, am, pm and 3 hour. If you do not wish to allow an am, pm or 3 hour delivery charge simply leave these blank. These three charges will only be provided as options for future deliveriy dates, not same day.
National Delivery
If you would like to offer national delivery outside of any area's created you simply need to click the 'National Delivery' tab across the top, toggle the national delivery option to on and specify the charge value for next day and same day then click the save button.
Delivery Exceptions
These are dates that you wish to override the default charges with specific ones. For example on christmas eve you may wish to charge more, or you may wish to set a cut off date for orders say 2 days prior. You can set one fixed charge (not am, pm or 3hr) that will be presented to the customer regardless of whether ordered same day (if allowed) or for a future date.
On opening this tab you will see a calendar on the right hand side. If a date has exceptions already created it will appear highlighted in a peach colour.
You can edit this exception by clicking on the date. On the right hand side a box will appear with each of your exceptions for that date.
In the example you can see the following:
- The exception charges are for the 7th Sept 2023.
- There are 5 delivery area's set up.
- Rustington requires one days notice and would be charged at £7.
- Worthing is highlighted in red indicating this has been made not available for that day.
- Bognor Regis has no charge specified, this means your normal charge will be applied.
You can create new exceptions by clicking on a date in the calendar without an exception and filling in the details in the same form.
