Subscriptions

Subscription orders are pre paid orders for a number of months. When a customer places a subscription order it will appear at the top of the dashboard. Draft orders are created for each instance of the order for delivery. To confirm the subscription and change the instances to the status of 'New' you simply need to accept the subscription.



This will take you to a summary of the subscription where you can see all the order instances and delivery dates. Any instances that fall on a Sunday are moved forward one day to the Monday.



You simply need to click the accept button on this page and all instances of the order will change to a status of 'New'. The Subscription order itself will then disappear from the dashboard, leaving the order instances. You can review the parent subscription orders from the left navigator  inside the Orders & Reports section.


PLEASE NOTE: If you cannot fulfil the subscription order you would need to contact the customer.
