Then we need the clients custom sub merchant ID which goes in their website settings. This can be found as below:
You probably don't realise, but you can actually find these yourself from within the partner portal (where presumably you've got the 4 digit ID's from.
If you click into the application, you will see towards the top left - just underneath the business name, the "Paya ID".
If you put "230340" before this, and follow it with "01" you will see that matches the Submerchant ID's that we use within our systems.
We also need to email Steve to tell him once added - steve@paya.group
This email should have the customerId and merchantId from Cardstream
