If you create a new ticket for a new build add the contact as the customer. This will not send them any notifications or emails unless you create a Reply to them.
We can then use the notes part for internal data regarding the new build and reply to ask the customer for information.
If asking the customer for information PLEASE set the status to PENDING. We then know we are waiting on the customer.
We can then send the under review canned response from the ticket. Once the New build status is set to "Ready for review" and a status of "Pending" the system will alert us if no response after 2 weeks.
